The shadow: you got used to pushing through with sheer will, ignoring other people's feelings, and that created conflict. The shift to resource is the ability to lead without force — not to run people over, but to guide them.

The Karmic Tail path through The Sun is "everything through me and about me." You used to take attention for yourself where someone else needed it, without noticing the people around you dimming. The pattern is the same now: a conversation about someone else quickly loops back to your own achievements. The shift: light means others can see, not just you. Learn to illuminate someone else's path, not only your own.

Sacrifice · Reframing

In the past, you'd freeze in relationships exactly when action was needed — waiting for your partner to decide everything, which dragged your passion down. The shadow of The Hanged Man is passive suffering instead of an honest admission: "this isn't working for me." Turned into a strength through choosing a pause deliberately: not "I'm enduring this because I have to," but "I'm taking time to figure out if I want to keep going."
